SPECIAL NOTICE:
The Society of Mayflower Descendants in Michigan has announced a $12.00 annual increase in application fees effective with all applications received after December 4, 2023. There will be no increase for applications already in process. This increase is to partially offset an application fee increase of $25.00 approved by the General Society in Plymouth. How do I get started?

Complete and submit the Preliminary Application form and Proposed Line of Descent form along with the required fees and documentation to our Historian Team.

The new GSMD guidelines require that all supporting records and other documentation be submitted as separate jpg files. If you do not have the ability to provide them in this format, please contact Deputy Historian Lee Bennett, who will assist you with an alternative solution.

What does it cost to become a member?

A new member application is $212 (This includes the $160 application fee, plus $52 for first year dues). You can also opt to pay $160, plus a one-time-only dues payment based upon your age, for life membership.
